We are hiring for a dynamic Marketing Liaison to develop customer relations and grow sales volume for Twilight Hospice.

Prior Hospice, Home Health and/or SNF sales & marketing experience is a must!! The ideal candidate must be results driven, passionate, and present with strong communication skills.

Position DescriptionThe Account Sales Liaison is responsible for maintaining existing and developing new client relationships within an assigned territory in support of achievement of order intake and profitability objectives for a Home Healthcare and Hospice Agency. Development of sales strategies and business development plan to maximize top line growth and profitability within the organization’s long-term care solution offerings. This position will develop a team of marketers as the company expands in the future.

Qualifications• High school diploma required.

• Possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related course of study (Communications or Marketing; or Healthcare Administration)

• Two (2) years of experience in marketing experience, design and strategy, data collection and analysis, preferred.

• Five (5) years of experience working in long-term care, home healthcare, hospice, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Three (3) years of experience working in consultative sales in healthcare, home healthcare and/or hospice preferred.

Travel

• Candidate must be able to travel to agency sites, meetings, workshops and for other marketing duties.
• This position is based in the Ft. Worth market with coverage of: Ft. Worth, Bedford, and North Richland Hills.
